QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH

DIMANLAB management leads and promotes the execution of the following actions:

  • Establish, implement and maintain an Integrated System based on the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety at work guidelines established in the standards UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE EN ISO 14001:2015, UNE EN ISO 45001, respectively. This Policy must be appropriate to the purpose of the Organisation, the Environmental and energy impacts and aspects of its business, their nature and scale of use and to health and safety at work; as well as being reviewed for its continuous improvement.
  • Maintain its commitment to comply with legal, regulatory and other requirements applicable to production, interaction with the environment, the commitments signed regarding risks identified and those that the organisation subscribes to based on its business activities.
  • Satisfy the needs of Interested Parties by providing solutions to gain their respect and loyalty in the Production and Provision of the Service. Train and inform all staff to foster a culture of individual responsibility and respect for the environment; create open communication in a climate of mutual respect, trust and motivation to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Ensure that Policy and Objectives are known, understood and applied by the entire workforce; promote continuous improvement and the prevention of pollution throughout the Organisation.
  • Ensure the availability of information and resources to achieve objectives and goals and provide a framework to establish and review these objectives and goals.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety at work in all workers.
  • Provide healthy and safe working conditions to prevent injuries and any deterioration in the health of all staff.
  • Commit to consultation with staff and participation with them.
  • Collaborate with our suppliers and subcontractors so that their actions are in line with our quality and environmental principles.
  • Systematically audit our management practices, ensuring compliance with agreed commitments and achievement of established objectives.

DIMANLAB management considers that the human team in the company is qualified and trained to successfully implement the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT we have proposed and that all of them have the necessary experience to consider themselves highly effective in the work entrusted to them. It also considers continuous training and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to certified activity will lead us to achieve our objectives.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH AND SAFETY IS A CONCERN FOR EVERY MEMBER OF STAFF, AND WE ARE THEREFORE, ALL AN INTEGRAL PART OF IT.

We will continue to participate in tasks to raise awareness of and monitor environmental performance.

As ultimately responsible for these objectives, DIMANLAB management will make all the necessary efforts to gradually provide the company with the technical and human resources necessary for this purpose.

This Policy will be available to all company personnel, as our objective is to disseminate, promote and apply our principles at all levels, including all Integrated Management System activities.
