The installation of individual suction systems supplied by Dimanlab allows a very effective localized collection on the emitting source and prevents the dispersion of contaminated air in the work area.

All models are manufactured with high quality materials that ensure easy maintenance and long life.

All plastic parts are made of impact-resistant polypropylene. The aluminum components (depending on the model) are anodized and the inner and outer surfaces of the mounting brackets are painted with epoxy. Shafts, screws and springs are manufactured from acid-resistant stainless steel to ensure long life in aggressive environments.

The friction discs of the ball joints are maintenance-free.

The installation of a localized suction articulated arm can be accompanied by the extractor fan and ducting on request. Dimanlab engineering team performs the calculation according to the requirements of each project to offer the complete installation needed.

The 100, 75 and 50 systems are available with various types of placements, different lengths depending on the range, and various bell shapes.

The cab is equipped with active and passive safety elements to prevent risks to people.

Dimanlab's VGEA PLUS fume hoods incorporate in their design elements that not only contribute to ensure personnel safety, but also ergonomics. Some examples:

Components

We provide a Project Management as your main interlocutor. It will ensure that the works are carried out strictly in the projected terms of quality of the materials and the ouput delivered, in cost, in deadlines and in the safety of the workers involved, as well as in the care and respect of your belongings and facilities. He will also regularly monitor progress and coordinate with our site managers and any third party industrialists involved.
